The only suggestions I would make is closer maintenance of the coded front door (was broken several times for extended lengths of time). Also, and I realize this may be difficult to control, but when I was moving out items the only carts were the two orange heavy carts in fair condition...the larger silver, easier-rolling cart disappeared.Otherwise, I was very happy with the folks who I spoke with during my rental, and would consider renting again.

AI and person had some conflicting information. My lock did not fit the unit, the hole was not big enough for the lock shackle to fit through, so I had to leave it unlocked for a few minutes while I went and purchased a lock that fit. Did not like having to leave unit unlocked.

Staff is very friendly and the location is very clean

The staff were friendly and were very helpful and answered all of my questions appropriately. The instructions were helpful as I’ve never used a storage facility before. I also appreciated that a lock comes with your unit.

When I needed assistance.. prestige was there right away

The young lady I spoke with and who helped me was wonderful.

I would like to see more moving carts available for customer use of loading/unloading.

This place is awesome so clean!!! Getting inside was a breeze! And the moving cart was an added bonus!
