It was all pretty straightforward. We did have some trouble getting the door opened (the latch may have been rusty). The unit was clean though, just some snow got under both corners where the door is. I wasn’t thrilled about that but I understand that’s to be expected with an outdoor unit.

Clean and secure storage unit area

The facilities are clean and, I think well protected. They noticed when I 'goofed' and didn't have my unit lock quite right. They noticed that quickly.The office staff has always been very pleasant, responsive and helpful, too.

Unit was very clean not mildewy looks like it keep the rain and stuff out just the right size

Great storage space

On my first visit the gate was wide open so I couldn't check to see if my gate code worked. I called to see if it would be repaired and it wasn't clear from the phone agent's response that anything would be taken care of.
