The experience started very positively. I received a call back at the end of the first day with a status update as promised - which was that they weren’t going to be able to finish the work on our car that day and instead it would be finished up the morning of the next business day. Unfortunately, the morning of the next business day came and went without any communication. I finally had to call towards the end of the business day to get a status update. It would have helped a lot if they could have managed our expectations around when the car would actually be done once they realized that it wouldn’t be completed in the morning timeframe as was communicated.

I mis-understood the offer of $29.95 for total synthetic oil change and when I picked my vehicle up, the bill was more than double. I was pretty rude to the employee. I was wrong.

As usual, the staff is very knowledgeable and takes excellent care of my vehicles. They always do exactly as the estimate and are very communicative throughout the entire process. I recommend Pride Auto Care to everyone
