Everyone at Pride Auto was AMAZING. I walked in after my car died in line at emissions. They stepped up and handled everything. They submitted a claim and had approval back within a few hours. They had the work completed the next day! I will definitely return!

The tech Josh was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He was available for follow up questions and was always friendly and courteous. I consider myself fortunate for finding him after working with another shop for over 35 years.

Amazing communication from the beginning of scheduling an appointment all the way through the service experience. They gave me updates as to any issues they found, as well as communicate the length of time it would take had me in and out of less than an hour. I am super grateful as I had commitments after.

I walked in with no appointment and was greeted by Josh and Josh. Both were friendly and offered to help. They began right away and I sat in the waiting where is a large TV screen and periodicals. The mechanic said there was a nail in it and they removed it once I gave them permission. They have 15 bays so we’re able to fix it right away. The price was quite reasonable. I would rate them 5 of 5 stars!
