Pride Automotive was professional, responsive and honest. We expected a large repair and Pride determined it was a simple issue with the battery connection. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. So thankful for their honesty and quick resolution.

Had to wait, but service went quickly and I was out in no time. Atmosphere is relaxed with no high pressure additional service pitch. It is close and convenient. Employees are very kind and friendly.

Was told I needed an alignment by AutoNation during a routine oil change. Spoke to Bobby and provided the paperwork from AutoNation. Bobby explained that I didn't need an alignment immediately that it could wait. I still went through with the alignment. I bring my vehicles to Pride because you have always been honest on whether a repair is needed.
