You never did the work as the car was too far gone but let us store it there for a week until we could arrange for it to be picked up by a salvage company. Thanks for be accommodating.

I had asked for an itemized list of recommendations and price of each recommendation. The list was provided but no prices. I need to know that for my personal budgeting purposes. Also, it would be helpful to have a ranking of each item that you recommended be done such as what’s the most critical next most critical, etc., etc.

They are always so nice and friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with an alternator that they didn't place since I started getting all my work done there recently, but they let me leave it there for several days and diagnosed it and helped me out with a battery to get home. I will continue to keep coming here for everything, not to mention if their hours weren't so great I don't think I'd have anyone to turn to on Saturday when I broke down. They also recommended me a tow company that was also professional and helpful. I have needed a lot of different work done on my van and I have not had any problems after THEY fixed my vehicle. So highly recommend Pride because they actually stand behind their name.
