Was told I needed an alignment by AutoNation during a routine oil change. Spoke to Bobby and provided the paperwork from AutoNation. Bobby explained that I didn't need an alignment immediately that it could wait. I still went through with the alignment. I bring my vehicles to Pride because you have always been honest on whether a repair is needed.

I really like how they keep up updated on diagnosis and suggested repairs. They also honor the coupons that they send to customer via mail!!

They really helped me out. I was stranded and they arranged a tow and checked the whole car and eventually found something so simple they told me come get it no charge.

Given an extremely difficult problem to solve, Pride didn't give up on our car! Thank you. Instead, you continued to make sure our car was repaired, whatever it took. We are grateful for the lengths you went to get our car back to us in working order! We especially appreciate your accommodation of our limited transportation options by renting a car for us, and your very fair price for all you did to get the car repaired. We are very grateful!
