just a lot more than expected with this place

The apartment when I first moved in two years ago was nice. But then all of a sudden, I had a wet floor in my bedroom in front of my dresser, the master bathroom had a shower that was leaking, the toilet was leaking and I had mold. Took forever for someone to come and fix it then my AC unit went out and from there it was a variety of different things from my closet had mold and was leaking water to where the laundry room ceiling collapse. The kitchen light fell from the ceiling. The second bathroom had leaks and smell.

Need better management you charge a late fee but don’t allow people to pay late is crazy your first things is to take someone to court who is not even 30 days past do that not good management my daughter passed away and I was paying late came to pay only to be told that can’t accept it that crazy

Too many maintenance issues, old buildings, loud noise transfer from neighbors, mold, incomplete repairs, lack of communication from management and office staff, overall poor quality of life.

Tory was a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the property. He was very friendly and made me feel at home.

Troy was exceptionally helpful and nice 🙂...Very knowledgeable young man...

It was very hard to get in touch with the office staff, maintenance, or anyone in regards of our concerns. I've had to advise twice that I've moved out.

Because the person that showed me around was so nice and made me feel comfortable also answered all of my questions with a great response

I showed up for a tour for the second time and there was no one at the office again.
