Nice environment and the amenities are very useful for those that like doing activities. I also love that my apartment came with washer and dryer.

Living here was okay as long as you don't encounter any issues. It is so hard to get in touch with the office thru phone or email, even sometimes in office. I worked nightshift 12 hours 5 nights a week & hardly ever was able to get in touch. Moving out I repeatedly emailed & called because I was unsure on what to do, it was my first apartment and have never moved out so was unsure of the process other than notifying of my move out. When I turned keys over the woman looked confused and didnt know I was turning my keys in.

We had better amenities and definitely a better staff when I first moved in. It’s been hard getting things fixed the last two years compared to the first two. Valet trash was a beneficial service and now people are leaving trash all in the breezeway for extended periods of time. Which is attracting animals. We had regular air filter changes and pest control came more frequent

Well there has been a hole in my ceiling for the past few months in the kitchen I can’t cook because of the dust from the upstairs stomping around like elephants trying to make me react so they can call the law on me!

I don’t really understand how for 10 dollars less a month I have to take my own trash to the dumpster now. Seemed like it would be the full amount that would come off. Besides that, the thing with the tow notices on the vehicles and some of the more stickler types of notices are annoying, and my vehicles didn’t even get tagged during that, also never had an issue finding parking, so it was confusing on why it was even done. Im sure this stuff comes down fromsomewhere office staff have no control over, but it’s just annoying, and stuff like that is really a difference between me giving a 10 and 5 stars, vs what I’ve given. Also preparing for my rate to increase at the end of this year, despite seeing y'all are having trouble keeping capacity, based on the deals I’ve seen recently posted by the road. I’m sure others feel how I do, and it’s just a suggestion that you shouldn’t try to squeeze every cent, soon to be nickle out of tenets who pay on time and don’t cause problems.

I gave this answer because Jaliyah was great in presenting the units to me. She spoke with maintenance about a washer and dryer in another unit being moved to my unit and he assured that it could be done but when it was time to sign my lease they recanted that’s not fair he should have never said it was feasible if he’ll didn’t have the authority to make that decision. Had I known it couldn’t be done I would’ve opted for the unit with the expected amenities
