I spent 3 days at Primm Valley and it was wonderful! I was looking for the same fun filled environment Vegas used to supply in the 1990s and found it at Primm! I played video poker and slots for hours and will consider playing craps during my next visit. One of the best experiences was finding out about Primm and Proper, the new restaurant. I did not want to come all the way from San Diego to eat at IHOP. Primm and Proper offered great food at good prices. The music selections while playing at the casino were energizing and stimulating! Primm has become a number one vacation spot for me! All personnel were friendly and helpful. The security officer walking in the casino even offered some help to my relative, so they could better understand the slot payout of one complicated slot machine!

We ate at the Original Pancake House on June 11, 2016 around 10AM and we had the best service that we have ever had there...his name is Namon. We have been coming here since Primm opened. He is prompt, efficient, courteous and personable. We eat at GP's every visit. Carlos is a fantastic waiter. He is consistently outstanding....A Special thanks to him as well. We were given coupons for buffet unfortunately it was denied for reasons they can't explain but people helped us In different departments but when I told them my husband is Diabetic and injected insulin already,he stood up stopped what he was doing and brought us to the buffet area and signed for our free food.WOW you're the best,I know this is business but the concern showed to us is amazing.Bless You and more power to you especially to your people.Thank You!

Had a terrific experience at the Pancake House with Leah. She is, by far, one of the best servers I have ever encountered. She remembers me every time I come in and also recognizes whenever I need something. Kudos to Leah!

Hello, I just wanted to compliment the GREAT service we received at the Original Pancake House on 12/20 PM, & 12/21 AM. check # 5088575, 12/20 and check# 5088600, 12/21. These two associates who served us should be recognized for their outstanding services. We had a few incidents before where two other associates had given us really bad service & others should learn from these two on how to treat customers. My family & I visit Primm Valley sometimes twice a month so we would like to receive great service every time we go. Anyways I hope you inform the servers by checking the check number to tell them we appreciate there kind services!

The Original Pancake House had a terrific greeter at the door to seat us. Very friendly and Happy attitude. Our waiter was very polite, friendly and respectful. The food was good. You do need to carry grape jelly in the little containers instead of just one flavor of strawberry. Overall, we had a good experience with both Sheronda and Brian. And names DO need to be mentioned.
