Everything is all good

Primrose Post-Acute Physical and Occupational Therapy Department is top notch! It is definitely 5 star but worthy of a 10 star rating across the board. The therapy provided is suited to the needs of the individual patient. The therapists are wonderful, always professional and always work as a team to give each patient the best care as well as challenges to reach goals to regain function and self esteem. As one of their patients, I would recommend Primrose Post-Acute PT/OT Department, both as a team and on the individual team member level.

I have been at Primrose Post-Acute for 3 months and spent my time here receiving skilled rehabilitation. The therapy team here was excellent! I absolutely loved working with Ricky!! The first time I saw him, he told me that I would be safe in his hands. I was scared thinking of coming to a SNF after I had a fall, but Ricky made me feel so safe. He made me feel like I could rehab and in working with him, I know I will succeed at home. I also really appreciated all the hard work that came from the social worker Tamara. She was so good at communicating and always answered back when I had questions. She made me feel well cared for and I always trusted her. There are so many other staff members I would love to thank. Mohammed and Denise from nursing and Alberto in dietary. They were great. I am very excited to go home and be with my family. I'm so thankful to the team here at Primrose for taking good care of me.

I don't think any skilled nursing facility can be perfect, but this one does a really good job of being close to it. I had good nurses that helped me and worked with therapy to get stronger than I thought I could. When I came here I could barely get up and walk. When I talked to my wife, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get strong enough to go home. Right now, when I think about it I realize all the small things the therapy team did for me to help me get stronger. I can walk around the facility two times without stopping. I'm happy to say that I am going to be able to return home with all my strength. I was discouraged from time to time, but the team here pushed me and gave me my legs back.

I was at Primrose Post-Acute for a month to get rehab, and the rehab team did a great job in making me stronger so I could return home. The therapists work hard to make sure all the minutes spent with them are effective. I am confident in my progress and know I will do great at home.
