Everything was smooth. The customer service people were wonderful. We did have to change our start date and everybody was very helpful. The code worked when we got there. The storage container was empty and clean.

Everything was fine for the decade we used your services. Had to downsize this year, but raising prices and higher rates than we could afford. Had to take advantage of other low move in promotional rates. $166 for 10x10. And then paid them for three years at that rate.

So far, I am impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this self storage facility. The manager, Elinor’s, is professional, responsive and a lovely person. These past four months have proved to be a most positive experience.

Signing up was made so easy by Elinor your manager. She went out of her way to meet with me, show the unit and explain everything. Moving my things in was very easy also. All in all an excellent experience!
