I had my items sitting in a non climate controlled unit for over 10 years and everything is in very good shape despite my neglect. The overall cost was fairly reasonable, though increases did happen. All very easy to mange online.

I had an acute situation and Jim was incredibly helpful in helping me get the storage I needed on very short notice. he was really wonderful and understanding. He and Eleanor have been great resources In the years we have been using Princeton Storage. My only complaint and this is in regards to the actual owners of Princeton Storage-and in no way a reflection on Jim and Eleanor is that costs don’t seem to be prorated, costs have jumped close to 20% in just a couple of years- It seems like every quarter there’s another increase which is incompatible even with inflation and just seems to be price gouging at this point. and there does not seem to be any loyalty benefits like a certain percentage off if someone is a customer for, say, three years or five years or 10 years. access was also recently limited to only certain hours during the day, which, for those of us who may work some variable and crazy hours means we may have limited access to our own belongings.
