When I needed to upsize my unit Taren Fox was very helpful and accommodated my needs. This month I needed to step back into a smaller unit, Taren was right there to help me to downsize to a unit more suitable for my needs. Thanks for all your help Taren, and PRINTWORKS MILL Storage.

The customer service is excellent. The storage space is clean and I love the elevators and available carts

Only issue I had was after I rented the unit online, I went to the office the following day and there was no one in the office on a Saturday during posted business hours. There was a sign with a number to call bc the manager was offsite, but when I called the number, I could hear it ring inside the office. I wasn’t sure where my unit was located but there was no map onsite, and the link for the site map online didn’t work. It took me to a 404 error page. I was able to reach the off site customer service team and they were able to help me out
