The rental process was easy to navigate online and Taron was very courteous and helpful on site. I would highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

I love the friendly atmosphere. I am always helped with any of my needs(supplies, upsizing/downsizing, rentals, questions and more). It is also always clean and the bathrooms smell fresh. I’m going to miss my conversations with Taren, as her customer service is impeccable. She has been a true added value for any services received. We thank you Taren and Printworks Mill Storage.

The storage is clean and they have many many many units...

Getting signed was really hard. Took 2 days and many calls to the support team. When you look on the website it says 6 months half price. Nowhere does it say you have to pay up front for that. We worked it out, but totally frustrating waste of my time.
