I bought my unit online and it only took 5 minutes to get every thing done. Very quick and easy.

When I called to reserve my space I was told I’d get the first month’s rental free. However, that offer was not honored when I picked up the key. Instead, I was offered $50 which I accepted. However, $50 is not equal to a month’s rent of $164. I remain very irritated that your customer service representative with whom I first spoke did not properly record the free rent offer with my reservation - that is the reason I was given for your company not honoring the discount I expected. How is someone to know that this is not an intentional practice designed to get an extra $100 out of a new renter? Or, without the $50 off, that would be $164. Sort of like a bait-and-switch, eh?
