We live 35 miles away from this dealer. Although we left 1.5 hours before our appointment, there was a lot of traffic on the way. We arrived 10 minutes later than our appointment, and was asked if we could rescheduled. We explained to the guy why we arrived late and he accommodated us in a timely manner. Thanks for that! Gas is expensive. It would have been really crappy if we had lost 35 miles worth of gas and had to do that journey again.When we arrived, there was another car parked in front of us in the garage. We waited a bit before someone came to our car.

Came in originally for a radio replacement, left with battery messed up and not fully connected causing issues with starting brought back for 2 more days to have no answer. Then had my dad see it and within 10 minutes he had it fixed.

Spencer was great. He helped me so much and we found the perfect SUV for my family. He was accommodating, friendly, interacted with my young son and played monster trucks with him. Everyone there was great honestly. We will definitely be dealing Spencer and this dealership for now on.My experience with Spencer was great. He definitely helped me make the right choice and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have already recommended to others and my mom who also likes the new ride. See ya soon.

Service persons are friendly and explain issues while allowing for additional questions. They provide timelines and why possible delays could occur. Todd, the tech who worked with me was excellent. He called me explained the problem, sent a video, great idea, showing how, where the problem was. He notified me when there was a delay as the parts had to be sent in . I feel confident the service department personal are well trained and also provide the customer with the necessary information.Attention to details. Customer are a priority
