The selsmanthat sold me the car tokd the service person that my car had service warranty but the service.man said no so I end up paying for my oil changeNoHad become dedicated a couple people your dealership but will no longer do that instead I will recommend not to go there because misleading offers the they do not honor after

As I mentioned in the beginning party 105 was blasting from the speakers first thing in the morning. I felt like I was still in a club. The Service weight area is in the middle of the dealership open on each side, so there are actually workers sitting at a desk, basically staring at you. The chairs were very uncomfortable the bathrooms need cleaning and toilet paper. The coffee station had an instant coffee machine available with coffee pods or instant coffee mixed with hot water, but there was no milk no creamer no half-and-half no dry creamer available so you’re only option was to drink the coffee black-when I asked to have the station changed. They told me that it was not anything they could change. They would have to wait till later when the secretaries arrived and then the only other option would be country music so I asked if somebody could turn it down and they told me nobody knew how to do that either

All my negative feedback on this survey is about the front counter person. Please see notes for this answerI don’t know if they finished my car on time because it was sitting on the side after it was done and the front counter guy didn’t call me or come get me (I was in the waiting area)Train your front counter people to be friendly and courteous. My recent experiences with service have all been pretty much the same. Unwelcoming and transactional. The guy that used to work there was 100 times better I forget his name, but I think it was Joey?Nobody wants to have to stop their workday to come in for an oil change, but the recent change in culture and atmosphere is palpable.The overall service quality has gone down with the new hires. Please train them in customer service.The new people at the service counter are not as friendly and attentive as the ones you used to have.The new people seem like they’re doing me a favor instead of a service
