Raeanna and Jess have been fantastic throughout my previously stressful process of trying to find a residence. I met with Raeanna today, and informed her of my urgency in establishing a new residence. Throughout the entire process she has been extremely communicative, informative, incredibly kind and personable. I’ve been in contact with Raeanna since Thursday and am now expecting to get my keys tomorrow morning, only Tuesday! Everything house wise was great, the only qualm I have is that we don’t have an outdoor garbage can and we still haven’t gotten one… I know maintenance is on it but it still stinks that it wasn’t there when we moved in. We have a recycling bin, but no garbage
