I wanted to give recognition to Valerie Bank. My company has newly partnered with Urban Progressive. Since the initial start Val has been vigorously detailed on instructions with educating us on how to use their Buildium portal. In addition, when I have a question, she is very quick to respond with the answers I need to perform a job in a timely and professional manner. I have worked with a few property management groups but have never experienced red carpet treatment like this. This leave me without a doubt in mind that their tenants and the owners of these properties as truly in the best hands. It only takes people to be human and care with compassion. This characteristic of dedication she has for this company is beyond VALUABLE! If everyone could follow behind her work ethic, business would always go much smoother. I look forward to seeing what more this company has to offer and it makes me want to always go up and beyond to please them!

The entire company has been amazing. Any issues have been quickly addressed and corrected! I love my new place and hope to be here for a long time!

It would be nice to have the people who are living here would try to keep this building clean and tidy. And the ones with dogs take their dogs out to do their business outside instead of inside of the building and keep the trash site clean instead of leaving their trash on the ground and not in the trash containers. I know that it's a lot of work for the maintenance man to handle on his own and he's appreciated for all that he's doing. Asides from that, the exterminator needs to be out here more times than what he's been doing. Other than that this place would be great!👍

Valerie Banks is very responsive, very helpful, very knowledgeable and 1 of the best maintenance coordinator in the city. Valerie makes sure funds are paid on time. she calls to check up to make sure every thing is going smoothly .every time i call her she answers the call.(communcation is the key) last but not least she is full of positive energy. thanks so much Valerie Banks

From an owner’s POV this is a wonderful management company to be involved with. Amy Pierse, the office manager/head honcho has always been incredibly helpful to me and I couldn’t appreciate it more!!

I just put my deposit in for a property and first I was working with Danial he was helpful. I was told that I had to work with somebody named Jess or Jessica and she was rude and hang up on me saying she don’t have so deal with this and I just wanted to know what to do from here after sending my information. I had to go to the office to ask questions so that I know how to get my keys. The lady name Monique help me and told me what to do. I appreciate Daniel and Monique there are still some professional people in the world. I almost asked for my deposit back cause I did know if this was fishy or not.
