I wanted to give recognition to Valerie Bank. My company has newly partnered with Urban Progressive. Since the initial start Val has been vigorously detailed on instructions with educating us on how to use their Buildium portal. In addition, when I have a question, she is very quick to respond with the answers I need to perform a job in a timely and professional manner. I have worked with a few property management groups but have never experienced red carpet treatment like this. This leave me without a doubt in mind that their tenants and the owners of these properties as truly in the best hands. It only takes people to be human and care with compassion. This characteristic of dedication she has for this company is beyond VALUABLE! If everyone could follow behind her work ethic, business would always go much smoother. It would be nice to have the people who are living here would try to keep this building clean and tidy. And the ones with dogs take their dogs out to do their business outside instead of inside of the building and keep the trash site clean instead of leaving their trash on the ground and not in the trash containers. I know that it's a lot of work for the maintenance man to handle on his own and he's appreciated for all that he's doing. Asides from that, the exterminator needs to be out here more times than what he's been doing. Other than that this place would be great!👍
