I have not had any bad experiences times are hard and everyone need a little break sometime sincerely Ms.Cooper I have not had a bad experience,it would be nice to be shown some appreciation to the people's that pay their rent on time every month and have been living in your properties for ten years are more.

I have asked the question How did PSA arrive at a 5% escalation fee for automatic renewable lease on anniversary date? I have not received an answer. I have pointed out that the changing of my lease expiration date (due to lease under a different property management company for the owner resulted in two "lost days of paid rent" for me. Also, I was directed in January 2024, to pay $20.95 to PSA office-- a monthly administrative fee imposed by the previous property management company. Neither the owner nor PSA were entitled to that fee and I have never been reimbursed for that amount or told why. PSA informs me of fees/changes they want me to do/pay but demonstrates no interest/concern to make me "whole" or to answer my questions..
