I would like to thank Jose very much for informing me about getting a car. I originally came for a service check up on my old car but in the end I got a new one instead all thanks to Jose who helped me. Great service from JoseIt was a great experience, Jose was very welcoming and helpful

From the min I walked in the door they took great care of me. Reasured me they would take care of me. Attitude was very welcoming

Came in for routine maintenance and as usual Sal treated me great

The whole process of scheduling a tow truck was very stressful. Mitsubishi only covers 10 miles of towing. However, my local Mitsubishi dealership wouldn’t have the part/ battery that I needed for my car, until a MONTH later! That shouldn’t be acceptable. The whole towing cost, should be covered by Mitsubishi. I had to call several dealerships to try to have someone look at my car and to see how I could get it towed.My husband has AAA and he was able to call them to get them to jump start my car.Puente hills was a life saver and Saleh Kakar was extremely helpful and polite. He asked that I try to tow my car to the dealership and was able to get the battery covered under warranty. My car was a little over a year old so this should have been covered by Mitsubishi. I am just grateful and thankful to Sal for all his help and for getting my car ready overnight! Their work was extremely fast and easy! I got my car to the dealership, left it overnight and by the next morning it was done! Thank you Sal for all your help!They were very fast, super helpful and polite.

No WiFi service and a bad signal for cellular. WiFi would be great if offered

Infotainment system experiencing issues after recall service performed. Unable to have it reset.I think customers should have a choice when considering recall service if nothing is wrong.Techs are always pleasant
