Very busy day so wait to get car was rather long. Many features were not discussed, but able to figure out on my own.Overall, I was well treated and my concerns addressed—efforts made to accommodate my financial situation. I will go back for maintenance and recommend it to others for their Mitsubishi vehicles.Friendly staff, helpful, low pressure and attempts to work out financing given options.

Same reason mentioned earlier (no hand car wash).My car wasn’t cleaned. No hand car wash was applied to my vehicle.My sound system stopped working and is one of the items under Mitsubishi recalls. It is unprofessional and unethical for Mitsubishi to make customers wait over three or more months for something we paid for and cannot use.Friendly personal
