Detailing not done as left for day. Tire low pressure when brought back for detail had nail in tire. They are going to fix it now. Not all features explained as time limits with getting a bank check Friday night. Spent 11-7pm to get car with sales person and bank. Car I decided on was then sold and picked primal car.Great people working there from receptionist who picked up phone to Matt in sales to finance. Car getting detailed now as too late Friday. Bathrooms and sitting area could be better and parking area for customer cars not clear.Matt the sales man and nice people.

They treated me very well. Just was not 100 percent clear on the details of my monthly payment until it was time to sit with the Finance guy.Great experience. I felt I was treated well. Love my new 2025 OutlanderThey provided great service and support during the buying experience

I don't particularly mind the waiting area, but it's awkwardly placed in a little alcove. There is too much other furniture in that area which limits the number of seats available. I suggest that the large table be removed and put the brochures in a little stand or in wall containers to leave more square footage for seating.I appreciate having wifi access. And I appreciate the waiting area being so close to the check-in/check-out desk.I always feel welcome and service is prompt
