Our car developed a noise which a local mechanic diagnosed as coming from the transmission. I called Quakertown Mitsubishi and the service advisor got me in immediately. Although I was aware of the 100K/10yr Powertrain warranty, I was very concerned about fine print regarding proof of maintenance and the likelihood of a denied claim. On top of the new transmission, they proposed a list of up-sell services while the car was in their shop.In the end, my worries were completely unfounded. They replaced the CVT with absolutely no questions asked and there was no pressure to accept the other service items. I did choose to have most performed because the prices were amazingly good. The whole experience happened fast, took car in on a Friday and it was all finished on the following Tuesday afternoon.my experience was a very rapid, hassle-free, and reasonable cost service
