When I called to make the appointment, the person was short with me I was asking questions and he responded “ yup ok yup”This is the second time I had my newer car at the st Johnsbury dealership for a free service, first time was for free oil change, not free they told me I needed an oil flush in order to get the oil changed. I believed what they were saying and did it, I was suckered in for sure ended up paying $ 200+ for a free oil change. ( bullshit) this time I believed I would get a free inspection but was told I needed a new muffler, my battery was weak, and need calipers cleaning and it wouldn’t pass state cost me over $1,000. I told them to NOT do any work except for the recall that was on the vechile. I took the car to my local mechanic and he went through it with a fine tooth comb and it passed inspection. He never mentioned all the work Mitsubishi claimed it needed, why? Because it didn’t need that work, and I Mitsubishi was just out to make money.. they sucker you in with a free inspection for life crap. I will never never do business with Quality Mitsubishi again.Picked up after hours.

With the heat in our car was broken. We tried to get an appointment with a maine dealership who couldn't get us in for an entire month. However quality Mitsubishi not only got us in earlier but ensured that they had a spare part ordered and ready for me knowing that I was going to drive 2 hours and two states away, and I would gladly do it again they were the best experience we have had so far with a Mitsubishi. The experience was just over all pleasant and great quality!
