Dependability

Quality Mitsubishi is excellent. As I mentioned, we've been dealing with them for years, and we trust them. They always make sure we get our appointments in a timely manner and give excellent service. My only complaint is the Mitsubishi brakes all of a sudden. We had to replace our front brakes around 18,000 to 20,000 miles, which has never happened before, and Nick at Quality took care of that for us because Mitsubishi wouldn't. Now we are at 47,000 miles and we, once again, need front brakes and back brakes. The back brakes I can understand, but the front brakes? I'm not sure what material you are using on brakes now, but they need improvement. This has no reflection on Quality Mitsubishi though, this is on Mitsubishi. Quality is excellent, and I would and have recommended them to family and friends.We have been getting our vehicles from them for over 25 years, and we always have great service there.

Service Department personnel are very friendly,professional and knowledgeable. They go over what services they did on your vehicle and what needs to be done in the future. The car is finished in a timely fashion
