I FOUND YOUR ORDERING STAFF TO BE EXCELLENT IT WAS EASY TO ORDER AND THE PEOPLE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. PRAYERFULLY IT WILL SHIP TODAY. AT LEAST THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW THE END RESULTS WHEN I GET THE ORDER.

The finding, ordering and payment parts if the process was easy and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, I thought the shipping information could have been a little clearer. There was nothing in the invoice about when it would ship I had to look up on the web site for any shipping information, but if it’s delivered within the time frame the web site says I’ll be happy with our whole process

I will start off by saying I am female so buying things like motors are not second nature to me. The website was easy to use and I even called the number to verify the motor shown was the one I needed. Sales agent was very courteous and patient with me. My experience so far has been a positive one. As of this point I would definitely refer anyone I knew.
