The ordering process was exceptional. Very easy to use. The shipping process was sporadic. Kept getting different information when I called. The condition of the motor left some issues. Had to replace a manifold bolt because to was broke. And the wiring looked like a rats nest. So much for quality control. Other then all that the motor runs fine.

the ordering process was simple even for an (old) school viewer, uncomplicated steps to find the right size and age appropriate I was looking for, and the phone conversation with Lisa to order the engine only took a couple of minutes, she answered all my questions without being vague, now just waiting for the Tracking number of engine shipment, I surveyed previous reviews and a week wait seems to be normal since they are a search firm.
