The ordering process was simple and I spoke with a representative as well. I asked for the VIN number for the engine I purchased and was transferred to a man who said he will get it. He said to please hold and would be back in a couple of minutes. After holding for 55 minutes, I hung up the phone. I did not receive the VIN or a return call. I'm left feeling skeptical and uncertain about dealing with this company. :(

The agent receiving the order should give more detail on what order processing means that once it is through processing the order will then be shipped and you will receive your tracking information by email. Better communication with the customer will give them a better understanding.
