The sales process was amazingly easy and quick!! The sales rep was knowledgable and easy to work with. However, I was promised tracking upon shipment and despite 3 calls and over 3 weeks, I never received tracking. The engine did finally deliver, but the promises made regarding all communications after the sale fell through the cracks. The delivery delay is acceptable as it took place during Covid, my disappointment is with the lack of tracking detail.

My experience was very professional. I received a quote very quickly then wanted to think about it. So called back later and gave them the number, was able get the engine ordered and get things in motion. Hoping to get it soon and back in my vehicle.

Very happy with the engine. Seems to be in very good condition. Took a lot longer to arrive than expected. Due to extended arrival date my mechanic couldn’t get to it right away
