For the most part my experience was great except that they were in a hurry to send me a follow up email to finish the purchase by sending them the shipping info but they're in no hurry to let me know that the engine has shipped that I need.

I ordered my engine on April 3 2020. They said it would ship 7-14 days. I haven'e received any communication from them. Called them around April 15 2020. They said it would ship by the end of the week. still haven't gotten any info.

The ordering process was very easy and worked well. The delivery process not so good. Originally I was told 7 to 10 business day. It has now been 4 weeks since I ordered my engine and still have not received it nor have I received any communication on when I might receive it.
