Your phone representative was courteous and efficient. I had some difficulty with the shipping charge addition on the website and caused me to enter twice and was double charged. However it was promptly corrected by a phone call to your customer service dept. Thank you.

Ordered motor on black friday. Still have not received email with tracking info or motor 14 days now. Loved the pricing and nice people that helped.. But the mechanic is waiting..still nothing

I have not received any shipping and tracking information on my engine. I need that information in order to know approximately when I can expect to have my car back. Ordered Monday Dec. 3 and received the standard computer generated response of 7-14 business days. Your web site suggested that the engine was ready to ship.
