All my communication was by email. I found and ordered a transmission. Process was easy and fast. I'm also going to order a engine but holding off until I can get my questions answered on my first order. I would of given 5 stars if not for the fact of answering a order question I was just referred to a phone number for a different department to ask them. I feel the sales associate could of taken ownership and followed through with a solution

Ordered an engine for a 2011 Chevy Cruze and ordering it was one of the easiest things to do it was so easy until I ordered a second engine for a S500 Mercedes In less than 7 days and I am very pleased with the ordering process I am now waiting for the two engines to come so I can have them installed and the easy part is it's being delivered to the mechanic shop which saves me a lot of time and effort trying to get it to his shop I am very happy with the service that I've gotten from you.
