I give 5 stars for the way that this bunch of LIARS rip people off. DO NOT fall for this SCAM they will tell you that you will get an engine with only 60k miles on it, but what you will get is a pile of junk with about 260k miles on it. Look for yourself go to YOUTUBE look at KSHB 41 news report on Quality Used Engines and Southwest Engines, that will answer all of your questions about this junk yard. Sancho will hang up on you if you try to question him, look at Google reviews, Trustpilot, Yelp, and BBB. If you try to leave a review less than 4 stars their web site reputation.com will not post it, it will be kicked out. Don't take my word look for yourself but don't say I told you so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracking of parts during the shipping process would be a good idea, and helpful for the customer. I can not comment on the customer service, as I ordered online. And I can not comment on the quality of the parts as I just ordered the parts a few days ago.

So far so good on ordering the motor. Still no tracking number waiting on the engine so it can be put in as soon as I get it. Then afterwards I Will leave a review on how it arrived and runs
