Then I was shown that my tires were worn away to the metal. The previous day, after my appointment, There was no mention of the tires and HOW BAD THEY WERE. I do not feel safe after having my car worked on here. I returned the other day because I wanted a professional estimate for the damage to my car and I had to call back multiple times to make that happen. And I don’t even have faith in that. Horrible place to do business.Please see previous reasonsI booked my appointment and was put on hold indefinitely. Had to find another number, which happened to be Mitsubishi sales. The person who answered the phone acted like I asked him to recoat my roof this summer. When I did get to talk to someone in service, as I was explaining what work I required, I was cut off mid sentence and told to tell the service advisor when I arrive at my appointment. Very rude.

The parking lot may be confusing to some folks, as it was confusing to me at first. I think the seats inside could be more comfortable. I was offered cold or room temp water and I appreciated that.While the salespeople at the dealership tried to rectify my problem, I still wasn’t satisfied with this experience. I’d recommend to make sure staff know exactly what features a car has before trying to sell it to someone. Someone who isn’t me could be more mad about not getting exactly what they wanted.When you go back to the search page after you search a car, the filters reset.I was quoted $311/month when I agreed with the salespeople. My payment ended up being $329 at financing.I was told my car would have apple car play. Turns out the model I received doesn’t.

Advertised price online was different and went back and forth quite a few times before coming to an agreementMy sales person Daniel was helpful and friendly. I appreciated his matter of fact attitude with my questions. The car I went to test drive ran out of gas down the block from the dealer but Daniel handled the situation gracefully and professionally. I ended up purchasing the same car and figure I have a fun story to tell about it.Only Mitsubishi dealer in Tucson but friendly staffAdvertised price online was much higher than the dealership was offering in person. I was promised plastic floor mats for my car and I haven't heard back for the Rainey. Texted her a couple days after sale was completed, she said she will check and follow back with me and still haven't hear anything. Other then that everything was great.!Process was friendly and fast
