They wouldn't work with the warranty people and didn't fix anything they said they would.He lied to us several times and tried to upsell us at every point, despite not doing any work. He also was not at the dealership every time we tried to pick the car up, despite saying he would be.Not only did they not actually fix anything, they adjusted the audio settings of the stereo to a point where we cannot return them to their original state because the LCD touch screen is broken.Quebedeaux Mitsubishi is a corrupt dealership and run by a bunch of dishonest crooks. We are never bringing our car back for anything.We tried to pick it up many times and we're told it was ready many times and we drove down there and because a specific employee wasn't there every time we stopped by, we were unable to take the car.

They told us we would need to pay over $2000. When we indicated we would take it somewhere else, they made it extremely difficult for us to pick up our car and take it.

The Mitsubishi rep told us we'd have to pay over $2000, which wasn't true; especially since Mitsubishi didn't fix our car's problem to begin with.You guys are crooks.

Just I would like the process can be done more fast. I got the change oil. I delivered at 10.30am and pick it up at 1.30pm. Just don't take to long.
