They didn't fix our a/c the first time and we had to bring it back and they still didn't fix it and we have a warranty and they basically said the warranty wouldn't cover the parts we needed, even though it would. They told us we would need to pay over $2000. When we indicated we would take it somewhere else, they made it extremely difficult for us to pick up our car and take it.

We couldn't pick up our car because a certain employee wasn't there when he said he would be, on more than one occasion.We were told that our warranty wouldn't cover everything even though the warranty people told us it would. The Mitsubishi rep told us we'd have to pay over $2000, which wasn't true; especially since Mitsubishi didn't fix our car's problem to begin with.You guys are crooks.
