Thank you for your honesty and great care in servicing my vehicle. I felt like I was at home. Your staff treats your customers the way human beings should treat each other, unlike many different service providers where they try to bait & upsell. My experience at Mitsubishi's service center in Tucson was excellent, even over the phone or through email, I have always gotten what I needed and all my questions answered! Keep up the great work and I would recommend this location to my family and friends. I think next time I need a car, this will also be my first place to visit.

Dealership never contacted Nexen Tire manufacturer to do tire replacement warranty and issue a refund on my purchase of 2 new tires

Less than a month prior I was in for an oil change and wasn't told new tires were needed soon.Albert didn’t bother to contact Nexen for mileage warranty and when I did they told me it had to be done by dealer.Took 4 hours for tire rotation and was late for an appointmentAlbert acted like he only wanted to charge me money but everyone else was fine to deal with. I'm very upset and looking for an alternative place to take my car for workCharged for new tires instead of using tire manufacturer mileage warranty
