I have no complaints on my end. I just want to give kuddos to Albert because no matter when I call and ask for an appointment his answer is “Miss Leon we can get you in as soon as you would like, when is it a good time for you”Most places make you wait a week or give you a scheduled appointment without asking if I’m available. Albert, ALWAYS gets me in same day if possible or next day. I’ve never had to wait. When I drop off the car Albert is always there ready to take care of me. I am often always in a hurry and have to rush back to work and Albert always asks if I have a ride back to work or if I would like to wait for the car. I always leave my car there and Albert calls me right away to let me know if there is any other services I may need and ask my permission before doing anything. You guys are quick and efficient and I can’t complain. I really appreciate the customer service your dealership has provided for me. I often hear people complain about other dealerships and the shitty service they receive and I can honestly say that in the 6 years that I’ve been a customer I’ve never had any issues.
