Roger was friendly and not pushy right from the start. I had come into the dealership a month prior just to test drive and I told him I was not ready to buy yet. He respected my wishes. When we went back he was glad to see us and did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted.It was a friendly easy process

No comment.As I mentioned, with it being such a small part of the dealer's overall operation, it appears that the service department does not stock all parts. Having to order parts that then take 1-2 weeks to arrive is not what I normally expect from an authorized dealer.The service writer at first was not completely reassuring that my car's problems, which are clearly protected under warranty, would be covered. It appears that Mitsubishi corporate might be difficult to deal with when it comes to accepting warranty claims from an authorized dealer.I would answer many of the questions above if there was an option called "sort of".
