The technician was unprofessional and that is unacceptable.When my daughter told me what kind of service she received, I was very disappointed. When I bought my car there, I thought I would get good service for the duration of having the car and on my first time for servicing, this happened with this service rep and I don't want to come back there...Afer getting the keys, there was no desire to talk with the technician.My daughter waited for several minutes before anyone greeted her. She offered to stay and wait.

Overall great service. Was told I needed a new battery. I tested the battery when I got home, there was nothing wrong with it, voltage was good and charged good while running and starts just fine.
