The customer waiting area was small and cramped. The beverages and amenities were very limited.Due to understaffing, our vehicle only received partial cleaning before delivery.

Overall it was pretty good experiencedHave the vehicle clean all the time so as not to come back to have it detailed.The customer service is absolutely amazing, everyone is very attentive and appreciative, especially our salesman Isiah. He explained clearly the vehicle features, price and free bees. I would suggest to always look for the best interest of your customers when it comes to negotiation with price and payment terms to avoid the lengthy haggling of price.

I did not like the first low ball offer for my trade in. I even said you will make enough money from my trade. And sure they will as I saw it on the dealer website for about 5k more than what I got on trade value. Granted I know there are associated costs to get the car sold, but I was right about that part.Besides everything else, I just recommend tire pressure is properly check during the prep. 48 hours after I had the vehicle and messed around with the gouges and saw the Tire pressure indicators the vehicle tires where inflated at 48 PSI when they needed to be at 35 PSI. Most likely something to do with the transport of the vehicle at a higher PSI from factory to dealer. But nothing to get angry with the dealer but take note for the future. Easy fix at my end as I just took air out at hoke and set tires at the correct PSI.No issues with websiteBecause I had no issues.
