I bought an outlander in 2021 in Las Vegas. I live near Tucson,Az. Quebedeaux Mitsubishi is the place where I take my vehicle for service. Back then there wasn’t a lot happening at the dealership. On my last visit a few days ago I was surprised by the movement of people. They are going to need a bigger facility soon due to increased amount of customers. It would also be nice if the dealership offered Mitsubishi shirts and hats for sale.You are treated as family.

I’m sorry you discontinued your red and green checklist fir service. It’s a good visual for work needed and what to expect on further service regiments. Bring it back.

My salesman was not there and someone else had to filll in. He knew somethings about the vehicle.It took 2 hours from time of arrival to get the car. It was end of month so I do understand.When we got home with the vehicle and pulled into our garage I immediately noticed little indentations on the hood resembling hail damage. Was a little upset as I inspected the car very well but it was in the sun, go figure.Anyways the dealer says they are going to take care of the damage.They are very nice people there and I do understand about trying to get good help but it would have been nice if they knew how to operate the vehicles as I am ojust retired and it takes alot to learn some of these new cars just like the one we purchased.He was new to the company so when I asked about the warranties he was not helpful at least right away,People were friendly, helpful and great personalities.I looked up vehicles online and was really interested in a sunroof and there vehiles online did not show that feature? Very strange because I stopped by there because I did not want to drive 2 hours to the next nearest dealer.
