Need more chairs in waiting area.Would like to know if any other checks were made durring our visit. Like tire pressure, coolent levels, ect...When I called for an appointment to have the oil changed in our 2020 eclips the woman answering my call didn't have a clue as to where I was to take our car once we arrived at the dealership. She said she did not know the directions to the location that the service was going to done. I must say that I wonder how she found her way to work if she didn't know north from south east from west.I like the the friendlyness of the staff, they show true intrest and concern to our needs.
