Dealership service contacted me and had all four tires rotated. But this should have happened in the first place. I shouldn't need to return a second time. Moreover, there's a disconnect between the nice gentlemen at the service desk and the people actually performing the service. I've just had air added to all four of my tires. Each tire was low, and I could feel it while trying to drive, and took my car to DISCOUNT TIRES because it's close to my home. While there, I learned that two tires are at "7" and one tire is at "4" and the other is at "3". I'm trying to understand how this happens with a car that I've driven an average of 5,000 miles per year for three years. Can someone there at Quebedeux explain this to me? This happened to the last vehicle that I took 100% to Quebedeaux for service. I'm thinking someone's switching tires. This is the 8th car I've owned, and I've never had to replace a tire due to 15,000 miles, but looks like I need to buy a new replacement for one tire. I'm not likely to buy another Mitsubishi, because I don't trust the people doing service there.

I inquired on a vehicle for sale and sales side was not well informed of inventory on hand vs what they posted onlineDon't remember the multipoint inspectionThe other Mitsubishi in yuma always did an exterior wash.Id line for the Mitsubishi app to tell me recommended services or at least for internal system to communicate between dealerships on service timeline, what I as consumer have done to my vehicle and service plam moving forward. Right now I am second guessing between staying with dealership maintenance services or going with a chain that has the set up alreThere online option doesn't communicate with their in person set up. Why do you even have am online option of no one can or will contact you. Waste of my time

My Mirage that has only 15,000 miles has only been serviced at Quebedeaux, so far four times for maintenance service. My front tires look old and worn, while my back tires appear brand new. I didn't notice until I got home that the front worn tires were still in the front and had not been rotated AGAIN. When I called them to report this, they insisted that they DID rotate the tires, and if I wanted it done again, I'd need to pay for the additional rotation.
