It was a great experience. Martin and his staff are amazing

Dropping off my vehicle was great. My service advisor is amazing and very professional. In the past with my other vehicle my was was always retuned cleaned. It was nice but understand it may not be required. It was that incentive to bring it back to the dealership for oil changes.

Easy to schedule

I actually ended up trading my car in for a 2023 Outlander. Great experience however it has been 10days today that the my trade in and new vehicle purchase. Your dealership was supposed to pay off the remaining balance on my trade-in and my previous bank has not received the auto pay off as of 5/18 and now the bank is calling me saying my auto payment is late. Why? It has been 10 days for your dealership to pay off the auto loan as specified in the paperwork I signed. I have made several attempts to call the finance department at Quebeuadeux Mitsubishi in Tucson and no one has returned my call. I need help.I like Mitsubishi

As previously statedWas told I needed my fluids changed even though they were already changed. Was also informed my oil pan was leaking or "seeping". When I asked further questions like "if it's leaking why don't I have oil puddles under my car?" I was basically made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Wasn't informed about my breaks, I had to look on the paperwork for that. Lastly but most importantly I was told to "have your husband call me with any questions" as if I didn't know what I was talking about.
