The best part was my sales consultant, Kristin. She has a great personality and helped me with a vehicle to the end. She deserves a raise!I was hoping for a better structure given my down payment and proof of gap claim. I ultimately ended up paying over what I wanted to stay under which was 525. I had no choice but to go forward with it because of my situation. I feel they could’ve been more generous given my credit history.Quality of vehicles and sales person experience. Kristin was fantastic!

Dealer is ok.More flexible hours to take vehicle for service. More straightforward pricing for service. Price is more compared to another similar vehicle I owned of other brand. I been looking at upgrading to a plug in outlander but the price is high and the Mitsubishi webpage is not clear on the pricing. Should offer more open and transparent pricing. Plug in doesn’t offer a big advantage over gas engine tough. Value/price is not good. Make your Mitsubishi webpage more clear and straightforward. Too complicated. When we got our vehicle the dealer upped the price $3000 I am still trying to digest that. Consumer needs clear and fair prices. In the long run it builds trust and loyalty.Doesn’t open Saturday. Hard to take vehicle to service. I am out of town from the nearest dealer in Tucson.

Dealership did contact me when I sent in the first inquiry. He said my paint would be in last Monday and he was looking into getting my free oil change. He would call me Monday. It is now Wednesday1

Uzi, Martin and John all went above and beyond for me. They were so kind and helpful. I even had to text a few times after hours with additional questions and uzi answered right away. The service was refreshing. I had shopped around prior to buying and I was very displeased with the other lots in town (Jim Clixk) Thank you for doing better!!
