Alex was very friendly and informative.

We do not know about our financing or payments. We are not clear about the registration. We do not know when we will get a refund of the Arizona $600 registration fee. We bare not getting answers to our queations when we ask them.Very poor communication and getting answers to out questions.

Wasn't knowledgeable about Sunbit. Service guy changed things without my authorization. Advisor's figures were changing to the point I was in tears.Some things were done prior to my authorization

The salesman, Chris Diaz was great. No pressure. He answered all my questions and involved others to further explain the vehicle. Martin, the manager, was also very helpful and kind.This was a very good buying experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made me feel like they really cared.
