We had a great experience there. If I could say anything about the facility , maybe remodel a few things. Make it more welcoming.Customer service was great . I didn't feel rushed by Jose and he took his time with us.

I was abroad over the holidays, wife came back before me. Tried to schedule maintenance to email me appointments so I could figure out a day for wife to take the car. Never got emails or responses. Unless I call or allow them to call me they never respond.

I appreciate the friendly and profession service from Quebedeaux's Service Manager, Albert.When I went in to get my battery replaced (it wasn't a year old yet), we discovered that I was charged for a Mitsubishi battery by Brandon Mitsubishi (Tampa Bay, FL area) but they put in a High Volt battery instead. Because this meant no warranty protection was available, Service Manager Albert (Quebedeaux Mitsubishi (Tucson, AZ)) offered me a free oil change in compensation. I really appreciate that, since I had to pay full price again for a new Mitsubishi battery. He made what was wrong right again!

Uziel and Martin were great to work with. They were able deliver a new car for my wife that she is happy with. As for the used car area of this dealership I would give them an F for customer service...After all the issues I experienced at the used car area. Uziel Pon was great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable.Vehicles not ready for sale were advertised on website.

Part of my passenger rear view mirror cover blew off on highway not to be found again & Albert explained I had to purchase entire $600 unit plus this back cover $100..no way around it! But, it was explained w/small military discount which I appreciated since car still under warranty & I love this vehicle!Fast & furious service w/gregarious Albert who is determined to put a SMILE on your face w/humor & impeccable customer service!
