I think there should be more trainings on how to really sell a vehicle. When working with another representative before being transferred over to Mitsubishi, he made it very obvious that he would do/say anything to get a sale. Yes try to relate to the customer but don’t be weird and lie so obviously.I started over at the used car side of things. The sales rep I was dealing with made me extremely uncomfortable and I requested to be paired with another representative. I then ended up with Quebedeaux Mitsubishi and the entire team was amazing. They not only treated me with kindness and respect but also empathy. Everyone gave me several options to ensure that I could get into a new vehicle comfortably. Never have I had this experience at another dealership. Tyler, Diego and Mark were absolutely fantastic with the work they put into this.

I'm not happy with my vehicle. I wish I would have not purchased it.My last visit there customer service was excellent. I'm not satisfied with my purchase. I regret getting that car. I wish I can trade it in for something else.

My husband and I were very impressed with Mark and Rafael and Jaime, as they made the whole process very smooth and had a lot of patience with us!The whole staff was outstanding after an initial hiccup our first day on the lot. The sales manager, Mark, bent over backwards the moment he heard about our experience!.

Dealer facilities are small and not enough to accommodate the volume they have.This dealer doesn’t perform multipoint is ona hit or miss basis. I been servicing my car here since 2022.This dealer needs to invest in training its personnel and in extending their schedule. They should rather close a day during the week and open on Saturday. Service advisors not very friendly sometimes. They don’t follow the recommended service schedule. They don’t provide feedback on your vehicle. Even when I really like the outlander this making me look to switch brands.Limited appointments available. I have to drive 65 miles to dealer and schedule is very limited.

the attitude of the new service managerthe service manager hung up his phone when i called to complain about the missinformation on the maintenance report
